Goosebumps by R. L. Stine. She was the villain in the Goosebumps book
"Monster Blood. " She was Aunt Kathryn's best friend in her book, but she was a witch that could turn into a black cat and cursed Kathryn. She was the creator of the Monster Blood. She was the guard, but then Evan Ross found it and Sarabeth wanted to stop Evan. Then she tried to kill Evan, Aunt Kathryn, and Andy.
